For the most part, we use a variety of FedEx services to ship international orders. However, we may also opt for DHL Express or USPS if it is more cost-effective.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package conveniently. If you do not receive your tracking number within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. Please note that you will only receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Lead Time and Delivery
For products with no lead time listed, we ship from our warehouse in Jiangsu, China. Shipping is done from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM (GMT+8), except on weekends. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location from our warehouse. However, please note that for products with a lead time, the shipping timeline will commence only after the order is shipped.
Expedited Shipping
We offer various expedited services. The cut-off time for rush orders is 1 pm (GMT+8). If you place your order after 1 pm (GMT+8), your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. For products with a posted lead time, expedited shipping will occur once the order is shipped.
Freight Shipments

Samples
We ship our samples via USPS First Class Mail (United States), Fedex (Europe), unless a different service is requested.
